Voice Post: Nothing In Particular
VoicePost

“Hi, everyone. It's Jacob here. Just making a voice post 'cause I love the sound of my own voice. Just musing on the fact that the "hash" key in Americanese is "pound", but anyway, I guess they don't know a British Pound.

I've sort of called up with nothing particular to say.

Some of you may be wondering, since the roses were part one of my gift to Emily, what the other parts were. Part two was a gift pack of Chritian Dior's Pure Poison fragrance, and part three was a lovely romantic dinner at Botanical in South Yarra.

Not much else has been going on, I've recently been drawn into the clutches of World of Warcraft.

*sounds of jeering*

I've only got 23 cents left worth of credit. Gizmo's direct to Livejournal isn't working at the moment, so I'm actually using the phone number. So, can't think what else I need to say. See you all later.

*sound of a tiger roaring*”

heh
That was great. It's always fun to find out more stuff about friends list people.

Like what they sound like?
Or did I accidentally say something profound amongst my pointless ramblings?

Mostly your voice :) (Which was nice.)
The content was pretty generic.

I just wanted to comment and thank you for transcribing this. I have no sound so can't hear a phone post and I usually just have to shrug and wonder what the person has said. It's nice to know.

(One day I'll get the sound fixed. Really I will. I hope!)

Also: your presents to Emily sound lovely :)

Well, I was just messing around with LJ features, so I might as well use the whole feature.

It's kind of fun transcribing, anyway. I get to make myself sound more eloquent (I removed all the umming).
