My random thoughts of the day
  • 15:46 You can prick your finger, but don't finger your prick.
  • 21:48 This is why teleportation is my most wanted power. I've got a long trip ahead of me and I just want to be home NOW damn it!
  • 22:02 The annoying thing about PT is all the waiting around. Profound, huh?
  • 22:50 I have to remember to watch out for the station now. Stupid Cragieburn!

No way, do you live in Cragieburn? My parents have just moved away from Kilmore, which isn't far away. The Broadmeadows line is part of my childhood. :)

Cragieburn always makes me a bit sad though, as it's sprawl between Kilmore and Melbourne kind of reminds me that one day Kilmore will not be a small, old country town but an outer suburb of Melbourne. :(

I live in Westmeadows and get off at Broadmeadows station. I was complaining about Craigieburn because I used to be able to snooze on the train and get off at the last stop, but now if I do that I've gone two stops too far because the train now goes all the way to Craigieburn..

Funnily enough, I was talking to someone yesterday who was lamenting that Kilmore was becoming a suburb of Melbourne.

Westmeadows, that's a long way out! Have you always lived out that far?

I know, it's horrible. I used to be able to drive back from the city at night and it was pitch black after Cragieburn, but now there are lights everywhere on the way there, it's horrible.

Well, I've moved back home while I'm studying and stuff.
I grew up in Niddrie, but we moved out to Westmeadows when I was about 15.

Westmeadows isn't actually that far out, it's just not very accessible by PT. By car, it's only about 15 minutes to the city during non-peak times.
