Today I've mostly been watching the first season of Scrubs, which I bought today at JB HiFi.
The few episodes I'd seen of it on television had convinced me this was an excellent show.
However, having spent today laughing my arse off and, during one episode in particular, bawling my eyes out, I am actually starting to re-evaluate Buffy's status as best television show ever.
And I've only watched the first 13 episodes.

Yeah. Scrubs was a pretty good show from what I saw (eight episodes maybe). I've lost track of it though. I hate having to watch these shows when the TV schedule tells me to.

Me too, hence the DVDs.

Oh, why did you cry?

Isn't Scrubs a comedy?

Well, Scrubs is ostensibly a sitcom, however it fits into that category that I love so much: what I like to call the dramedy.

Whilst it is absolutely one of the funniest and silliest shows around, it also deals with serious issues in a serious way.

The episode in question was incredibly, wonderfully, sad.

By the way, flashing icons, or "blinkies", are annoying.

When I grow up, I want to be like Dr Cox. But then again, I think most people would.

Dr Cox is the best character by far.

Although the janitor is awesome too.
The funny thing about the janitor was that he was meant to be a throwaway gag in the pilot episode, but he was so good that he was made a regular.

Hey, I just realised how funny wanting to be like Dr Cox is.

Dr Cox just barely wants to be like Dr Cox.
