Nice flop
I've been playing Texas Hold 'Em online (not for real money, though).

On this one particular hand I had a 6 and a face card of some kind, going into the flop.

And, would you believe it, the flop was The Number of The Beast - 6 6 6.
Four of a kind on the flop!

I played it cool, and bet smallish at first, betting big after the turn and the river.
Took 'em to the cleaners!

I can't actually remember what my hand was.
It may have been suited A-6, or K-6.

At the time it seemed good enough to limp to flop with (big blinds of 10 when you're playing with 1000 chips make any hand seem worth playing, and yes I understand this is probably poor strategy).

I do see that there is a danger of picking up bad habits, but, to me, it's such a different situation that I hardly equate the two (particularly since any real money game I'm playing is face-to-face).

Anyway, the point is that I'm not actually playing for a way to improve my game. It's certainly not something I'm taking seriously, especially since I'm devoting such little attention to it. Generally while I'm playing poker, I have my favourite puzzle game going, as well as music blaring, and my web browser on LJ. If I was playing seriously, I'd be devoting all my attention to the poker.
